Great local Mossman eatery. Food is consistently delicious, stunning and portions are generous. Basil Nuts dishes are evidently made with fresh ingredients and aromatic spices. Dine in seating is minimal so reservations are essential. We indulged in a delightful prawn curry served in a pineapple. This brought back amazing memories of dining along the busy streets of Phuket. The curry had a little kick to it whilst being sweet from its pineapple casing. Whilst the seating is squishy, it's tolerable due to the amazing ambiance and delectable food.

I've been here three times now. The first time I actually did not eat but everyone with me raved about their food so I was really eager to get back there and enjoy it for myself.
The second time we went there were four of us and we all shared a couple entrees and four mains. I also ordered some roti bread. The meals all came out at roughly the same time and were all delicious, but personally I thought the serving sizes were a bit smaller than most other thai restaurants. Usually I feel like sharing one dish with 4 people is not too difficult but I felt like these were smaller so we didn't get enough of each one. The roti never came with our food and after 5 minutes I asked about it. About 10 minutes later (and after we had nearly finished all our food) it still never arrived so I asked them to just cancel it.
The third time we went there were four of us again. Similar to the last time the food was really good but serving sizes not as generous as other Thai. This time they brought out two of our mains and the other two did not come out until we had completely finished the first ones. We actually had to get up, walk inside and ask where our other two dishes were. While we were waiting one server came out and asked if we were finished to clear our plates, not realising we still were waiting on more food. Luckily we were all sharing, it would have been a shame for 2 people to eat their entire meal while the other two watched. They did apologise and said they were understaffed and while I can appreciate this, it should have been communicated to us beforehand and we still should not have had to go in to ask for our other 2 dishes after two had been completely finished.
One great thing about this restaurant though is that if you check in on facebook you get a percentage off your meal although I don't know if this promotion is still running.
While the food here is really tasty, the portions are on the small side and the service on two occasions has been substandard. I might give them another try since we live so close by but if service is bad again it may be three strikes and you're out. -

Get in early to book if it's cold! They have very limited indoor seating but this is by far my favourite Thai restaurant. I'd give it 5 stars if I could always get a seat!
The seafood served in the coconut is perhaps my favourite dish, however the pork belly is outstanding too....
Love it. -

Great place hidden away from the too touristy Katoomba main street. Very nuce green curry and laksa taste wise, although I would have preferred the more traditional for me version with fishballs
